Refund/Return Policy

If the products are not opened then they can be return within a 15-Day return policy. However you will be deducted 10% of product price for re-stocking fee and shipping fee will not be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can apply for a refund for all unopened products you return. We will refund your purchase price minus shipping + a 10% re-stocking fee. Please return unopened products within 15 days of your purchase. Products returned after 15 days will not receive a refund.

If the product is opened then it will be consider as sold and no money will be refunded.

Order Cancellation Policy

This includes multiple submissions of the same order where your credit card is charged more than once.

You will be charged 3% of the product price.

When you cancel an order, we are still charged a fee. We will credit your credit card the order amount minus 3% of the product price. If your order has already been shipped, we do not refund shipping costs.
